Bronwyn Sterry – Company Director
Bronwyn is the motivating force behind ION Children's Services Consultancy Pty Ltd, ION Childcare Management Pty Ltd & ION Childcare Recruitment. Bronwyn has an extensive profile of commitment in the child care Industry and her professional background provides outstanding qualifications. Bronwyn has been involved in the childcare industry for over 16 years establishing, co-ordinating and administrating licensed and highly accredited centre based children's services.
Prior to entering the child care industry Bronwyn came from a corporate background holding managerial positions in both the media and telecommunication industries. She has experience in business management, accreditation, policy development, bookkeeping, administration, staff management and recruitment and teaching.
Bronwyn has a comprehensive understanding of the childcare industry and its current focus. She is a member of Employers First and Child Care NSW (CCNSW).
Paul Sterry – Finance Consultant
Paul has been involved in the child care industry since 1992 developing centre based children's services throughout NSW. Paul is responsible for the overall strategic operations direction, development and management of the business including the financial outcome. Paul advises on Payroll Services, Centre Software Packages and Funding aspects.
Melanie Kneppers – Administration
Our administration fills a very important supporting role to our management operations. Our administration support is structured to facilitate an efficient rotation on all operational requirements.
Mel's position with ION makes her responsible for all the administrative aspects of our services, including training and team development organisation.
Diane Howard – Area Officer
Diane joins our company with a strong focus on early childhood education. She has vast experience in the care and education of children and in this time has been responsible for centre operations, including Accreditation. Diane is also responsible for service development, management transitions and staff training.
Jenny Ross – Area Officer & Quality Assurance Officer
Jenny joins our wonderful team here at ION, with extensive knowledge in regards to quality improvement. Jenny has worked within the profession for over ten years in a variety of roles and is passionate about helping individual services reach their full potential, through support and training. Jenny has extensive knowledge of the Quality Improvement and Accreditation System due to her experience within the NCAC and holds both her Associate Diploma in Social Science (Child Studies) as well as a Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood gained from the University of New England and is currently completing her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
